Fashion has always been more than clothing to me—it's a way to express confidence, creativity, and purpose.

After earning my Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I spent nearly a decade in New York City working in luxury fashion, custom apparel, and personal styling. Along the way, I built relationships with celebrity stylists, collaborated with influential figures in the fashion industry, and launched my own label, Evelyn Elizabeth, which has been featured in editorials including L'Officiel and BELLO Magazine.

Traveling has also shaped my perspective. Experiencing different cultures, craftsmanship, and design philosophies has reinforced my belief that great style isn't about having more—it's about choosing better.

As I've matured, my own wardrobe evolved from chasing trends to curating timeless pieces that truly reflect who I am. That journey inspired The Conscious Closet.
